Ocean City Fire Safety has been built around a simple principle: to provide businesses with one place to turn for all their fire safety needs, backed by the knowledge and expertise of our fully certified engineers.
Electrical engineering is in our DNA. Drawing on the established roots of Ocean City Electrical, we built Ocean City Fire Safety to focus solely on specialist commercial fire protection.
Our engineers look after everything from fire alarms and extinguishers to emergency lighting, risk assessments, remedial work and new installations.
We understand that every business and every building has different requirements, which is why lasting relationships and sound, practical advice are at the heart of what we do. For us, completing a service visit and issuing the relevant certification is just the beginning of great service.
Six-monthly servicing and fault callouts for commercial fire alarm systems — panels, detectors, call points and sounders — in line with British Standards.
Annual servicing, extended overhauls and new unit supply for every extinguisher type, in line with British Standards, with clear per-unit pricing.
Annual full-duration testing, battery replacements and new fittings for emergency escape lighting, fully in line with British Standards.
Practical fire risk assessments with detailed written reports and clearly prioritised action plans, under the Fire Safety Order 2005.
Fire equipment exists for the worst day of your life. We never rush a visit, never skip a test, and never sign off work we wouldn’t want in our own building.
If something needs replacing, we’ll tell you exactly why, in plain English, and quote for it separately. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
We work tidily and professionally around your staff and customers, keep disruption to a minimum and leave things exactly as we found them.
Most of our work is repeat custom. We keep your records, remind you when services are due, and answer the phone when it matters.
